WMS Platform and Application Mastery

• Core WMS Platforms:

  • Körber WMS (formerly HighJump): Expert-level proficiency in Architect, WebWise (Page Editor), and Advantage Link development and customization.

  • RedPrairie/JDA: Advanced experience with MOCA/DDA development on MS SQL Server and Oracle PL/SQL platforms.

• WMS Functional Operations:

  • In-depth knowledge of all core WMS processes, including: Inbound/Outbound (ASN/PO Receiving, Returns, Manifesting, Shipping), Cross-Docking, Kitting, and Slotting.

  • Specialized processes: Replenishment logic, Palatalization, Cartonization, and advanced Picking methodologies (Pick by Label, Batch/Wave Pick, Pick & Pass).

Database & System Performance

• Database Expertise:

  • MS SQL Server (2008/2012): Expert in performance fine-tuning, index optimization, and advanced SQL scripting.

  • Oracle (10/11g): Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL for custom WMS development and data migration.

  • Legacy/Niche: Experience with DB2 9, UDB, and INGRESS 6.

• Core Technical Skills:

  • Programming Languages: C, Pro*C, XML.

  • Shell Scripting: UNIX/Linux and Windows shell for batch process automation and data handling.

  • Systems: Experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows Server (2008/2012), and mainframe (IBM z/OS).

  • Six Sigma Green Belt: Experienced in applying exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to optimize logistics processes
